Description
This element creates a relationship between TMCs and private local companies within the areas to improve traveler information and roadway conditions. The relationship allows TMCs to collection information regarding location and traffic conditions of private company vehicles (Taxis, ambulances, etc.) and in return give the private companies access to traveler information services.
