Description
The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Southern Nevada is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Agency (MPO) for Clark County. The Freeway and Arterial System of Transportation (FAST) Traffic Management Center (TMC) budget and management fall under this agency. Freeway and Arterial Management System for the Las Vegas region. RTC FAST manages hundreds of signals on arterial and a freeway management system.
